Simple

I have spent my afternoon listening to lo-fi REM, a recording of Radio Free Europe in the old car, which only has a cassette player. My sister and I gently roll through the open countryside, the gorgeous February sunshine casting our hair auburn, humming along. The dog winks from the back seat in anticipation of a run around the Castle.

I saw this amazing photo of the band I used to love most of all. My first cassette tape was Automatic for the People and I would play it over and over singing the wrong lyrics, driving my brother mad. This photo is by Laura Levine and was published in The Guardian this Saturday.
